MathExcel ProgramsFall Program (Math 113, Calculus I)All Calculus I courses consist of a lecture section (MA 113) which meets three days per week, and a recitation section (MA 193). Non-Excel sections consist of two meetings of 75 minutes each with a one teaching assistant in sections of approximately 30 students. Excel sections consist of three meetings of 90 minutes each with one workshop leader and two undergraduate assistants. The undergraduate assistants are often students who have participated in MathExcel in a previous year.
